1971
ISTW was approved as a joint-venture company between Indonesia and Japan.
1972
ISTW started its commercial production with one pipe-producing mill and one hot-dip galvanizing line.
1977
ISTW added one more pipe production mill in Semarang.
1982
To keep us with its production growth, ISTW introduced Coil Slitting Line.
1990
ISTW spreaded its wings by building a new factory in Jakarta equipped with the most advanced pipe producing mill, (Jakarta N0.1 Mill) and One Coil Slitting Line.
1992
ISTW With the growth of demand, ISTW added one more pipe-producing mill (Jakarta No.2 Mill).
1996
ISTW added No.3 and 4 Mill. these facilities are also equipped with additional High Speed Press Cutting Machines and other various types of tube re-cutting machines to meet customer needs.
1997
To meet the increasing needs of re-cutting steel tubes, ISTW built a new factory in Jakarta that specializes in steel tube re-cutting operation.
2003
ISTW added No.5 Mill, in Jakarta especially for automotive & motorcycle.
2007
ISTW Semarang introduces 6 inch pipe-producing Mill, supporting government & private projects.
