Terms and Conditions for PT.ISTW
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with PT.ISTW (“the Company”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings between the Client and the Company.
2. Products and Services
The Company specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality pipes and related products. All products are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to make changes to product specifications and pricing without prior notice.
3. Orders and Quotations
All orders must be accompanied by a formal purchase order. Quotations provided by the Company are valid for [30 days] from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, taxes, and other factors.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are [net 30 days] from the invoice date. Payments may be made by bank transfer or other methods as specified on the invoice. 7. Warranties
The Company warrants that its products are free from material defects for a period of [12 months] from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or maintenance. 8. Limitation of Liability
